Oatmeal should not have gluten in it. Also, you can try a rice based flour or nuts and certain granola.

I guess the reviews were right! My family loved it! I couldn't believe that my super picky husband liked it. I will definitely make this again. I used a lot of nutmeg which gave it a sweeter taste.
