Not what I expected. Unfortunately just pouring a glaze over the ham doesn't really allow it to penetrate the meat and influence the flavor or texture of the meat . For that effcect you need to inject the flavoring into the meat. Also, there is no way to fully heat a 15 pound ham at 350 degrees in one hour....maybe two, mine took 2 1/2 hrs to ...
