My Activity

Reviewed Chicken Adobo

"I think it would be safer to test taste a dish like this before actually making it, seems to me a few picky picky eaters decided to give it a try and left their gripes on this review board. If you prefer chicken crispy....then this is definitely not a meal for you. The chicken is clearly not crisp, nor in any of the directions does it tell you to "

Reviewed Chicken Noodle Soup

"This is probably the most basic chicken noodle soup you can make, very delicious and simple! If you like to make soup for the week and don't want the noodles to get soggy/fall apart, I would suggest cooking the noodles separately and storing in a ziplock bag. Then when you heat it up all the noodles are intact!!"

Reviewed Roman-Style Chicken

"This was delicious! I followed the recipe pretty much to a T except I used turkey broth and about 3/4 cup of wine and swapped out the proscu. b/c I had lots of bacon. Oh and I added one small vadalia onion. If folks are having trouble with the sauce thickening, don't worry about consistency as much with this recipe. If you want a little thicker sa"

Reviewed Honey Soy Grilled Salmon with Edamame

"WOW this is an awesome fish recipe! Stuffing the herbs in helps the entire salmon get saturated in the flavor, it tasted so buttery and delicious! The sauce compliments very nicely too. I made this with cous cous and roasted brussels sprouts. It leaves you feeling good about what you just ate because it's so healthy/filling/flavorful and you don't"

Reviewed Classic Italian Lasagna

"Okay I went ahead and added/subtracted a few ingredients to my taste- I wanted to make a veggie lasagna originally, so I used Portabellos instead of Ground Beef. Also- if people are looking for a good flavor boost: use 3-4 cloves of garlic and one sweet onion- saute with spinach. I absolutely loved the bechamel sauce mixed in with the tomato sauce"

Reviewed Curried Chicken and Rice Soup

"Loved it! Lasted about 3 days in my house, a better heartier chicken noodle soup in my honest opinion."

Reviewed Trisha's Chicken Tortilla Soup

"I absolutely love this soup! I followed the recipe to a T the first time I tried it (except for the cream- substituted milk because I didn't have that on hand) and honestly it was just as wonderful. I don't like buying the seasoning packets from the store because of the preservatives and excessive salt so I made my own fajita season, also I have m"

Reviewed Mac and Cheese Dog Casserole

"Yuck. That's all I have to say. This is no casserole. This is what a drunk frat boy would come up with on a Tuesday night. I don't see why everybody is raving about this recipe. It seems like this dish is catered to youngsters who don't like anything but hotdogs and cheese LOL"
