Reviewed Potato Latkes
"I too use this recipe and think it's great. I would also let the shredded potatoes sit in a colander over a bowl for a few minutes. The liquid will drain and can be discarded, but starch will settle at the bottom of the bowl and can be added back in with the potatoes to help them stick together. They're the best! "
