About Me

I love to cook for family gatherings. I am definitely an adventurous cook. I don't eat pork or shell fish. But if a recipe peaks my interest I will try to make it my own when it calls for these ingredients by substituting other meats like smoked turkey or other types of fish. 

 I am known for my version of Spanish rice and 9 out of 10 potluck gatherings that is usually what I am asked to bring. People often come with their own containers to take the left over rice home.  So I guess I have to believe they really love it.
