I was suspicious that 4 tbsp chili powder total might be too much, so I only sed 3 (1 chipotle and 2 regular). However, it was still REALLY hot - and I have a good tolerance for heat. These are some of the most moist cupcakes I have ever made or eaten. I am not a huge coffee fan, so used freshly squeezed orange juice instead of the coffee, and the flavor was wonderful! Definitely a keeper"
