"Sub ground turkey for ground pork to lighten it up. It needed more salt and spice for my taste, but if you're making it kid friendly a salt shaker and a bottle of sriracha on the table for mom & dad (and any brave little ones!) should do the trick. Overall, very good and super easy, SO and I think it would probably be a good repository for veggies"
