that was the nastiest tasting BBQ sauce ever. Had to throw the chicken out. Tasted like lighter fluid. Would not recommend this at all. This was a shock to me because I love her recipes. Perhaps it was her sons creation-not good."

My husband loves Pecan Sandies. He said these cookies are so much better than the store bought cookies. I even have a daughter that does not eat cookies with nuts in them. But, these cookies she couldn't get enough.
Dough is a little crumbly but with practice it is well worth it. A VERY GOOD COOKIE !

OMG this is the best apple cake I have ever had. Used Ida Red apples (only ones I had). and mixed it all together with the batter instead of layering it. Tapped the pan to prevent air pockets,so moist. And the caramel sauce is so good ! Liked it better than my homemade apple pie.
Will definitely add this to my Thanksgiving dinner or any holiday...

Great starter recipe. Altered the ingredients. added cinnamon and nutmeg. Instead of wheat germ I just increased the oatmeal to 2 1/2 cups. Then added my choice of dried fruit.
I love this recipe so versatile.
Just wish there was a way to make them hold together more.""

Have not made this recipe yet. watching the show made me disgusted. I like Ann Burrell recipes but this one she needs to watch before she airs. She then tasted the chicken broth with a spoon and shook the spoon over the pan of broth to prevent the spoon dr...

BE VERY CAREFULL WITH THIS RECIPE. AT ONE POINT ANN BURRELL OPENS THE OVEN TO CHECK THE CHICKEN AFTER IT HAS BEEN COOKING FOR A WHILE WITH THE GLAZE ON IT. WHAT VIEWERS MIGHT NOT HAVE NOTICED WAS THAT TWO PIECES OF THE CHICKENS SKIN BURNED. THEY IMMEDIATELY WENT TO COMMERCIAL AND WHEN THEY RETURNED SHE PULLED THE CHICKEN OUT AND THE BURNT CHICKEN "

These were easy to make. But i did make alterations. 1- I precooked the bottom crusts a bit (so they weren't chewy). After they baked the centers rose to where I pushed them back down. 2-I eliminated the honey and used sugar. They did taste great. But the top crusts were chewy and they did leak some. They had to alter that recipe when they went "
