My Activity

Reviewed Macaroni and Cheese

"Delicious!! So easy and totally yummy. Everyone in my family loved it. I will be making this again and again!!"

Reviewed Gingered Cranberry-Pistachio Biscotti

"This is the most delicious biscotti ever! I have made and eaten a lot of biscotti and this one, by far, is up there with one of the best. Not only is it easy, but it's so simple to make. They are also made without butter which is the traditional way to make biscotti. The only binder is the eggs which makes them crumbly, yet to hard to bite in"

Reviewed Fruitcake Cookies

"These cookies are just delicious!! If you follow the recipe EXACTLY they will come out perfectly. I don't understand how people can switch ingredients and add and subtract things and expect them to be as Ina's are! Do not substitute...follow exactly and they will be perfect. These cookies are great, not too sweet, just right for Christmas givi"

Reviewed Rao's Famous Lemon Chicken

"This chicken is to die for!! Most of the time I use bone in skin on chicken breasts as opposed to a whole chicken as we all like white meat. I cook the chicken with salt and pepper and make the lemon sauce. Then I cut up the breasts into pieces, pour on the marinade and cook it a bit more as the recipe says. This chicken is not only delicious ""

Reviewed Tiramisu

"This recipe is super easy and literally fool proof. You need to use the hard Italian ladyfingers...you can get them anywhere. I got mine at my local Trader Joes. If you want to leave out the rum, just use a little vanilla extract instead. There is also no need to soak the ladyfingers for 5 minutes! They will mush and fall apart...like Giada says in the recipe...5 seconds is enough!"
