Superb! This was absolutely delicious....I made my own poundcake, and use Ina Gartens lemon curd recipe (it was a bit easier) I also used a little framboise in with the fruit....perfection!! This chicken is to die for!! Most of the time I use bone in skin on chicken breasts as opposed to a whole chicken as we all like white meat. I cook the chicken with salt and pepper and make the lemon sauce. Then I cut up the breasts into pieces, pour on the marinade and cook it a bit more as the recipe says.
