made this tonight and it was delicious. i also, like other reviewers, deglazed the pan with white wine and added butter to make a delicious sauce. i think the sauce made the dish. used bone-in, skin-on breasts and they came out moist and tender. my picky son loved it, especially the potatoes and mushrooms. a definite keeper!"

Delicious! Used plums, strawberries and blueberries, as my son is allergic to peaches. I did have to cook it about 15-20 minutes longer to get the top a bit more brown. Would be good with any fruits I think! Loved the plums. Thank you Jamie!

The shrimp didn't taste good until I added some spray butter and Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning. Just a little salt and pepper and a small amount of olive oil gave the shrimp no taste.
