"Moist and delicious, besides simple to make!
I couldn't find flat leaf parsley but the parsley I used worked fine.
Also served w/ pasta (wide egg noodles) and sauce went great on/with that as well."

"watched your show today so decided to make your meatloaf since we had hamburger in the freezer. Unfortunately chopped onions too thick, but other than that this was the moistest and juiciest meatloaf ever tasted! Very easy. Didn't have tomato paste so substituted some tomato sauce instead and worked perfect!
Also, the tip of putting pan of hot water underneath-GENIUS!!!
Thanks for the awesome dinner!!! "
