“I love eggplant and anything with eggplant in it, but not this recipe.. I doctored it with more garlic, salt, cayenne and lemon juice and a fine sherry vinegar and it was still just okay. Maybe it needed tahini which I didn't have.
Wouldn't bother making it again.”

“The cake is absolutely DELICIOUS. I used 1 1/2 cups of sugar instead of the 2 and am glad I did. With the yummy honey glaze is was more than sweet enough and to my taste, would have been too sweet by using 2 cups.
This is probably the best apple cake that I've ever made. I didn't use any nuts though because of allergies.""”
