Husband made this for me for a birthday and it was great. He's not a cook and didn't even know what a gratin dish was so he put it in a glass cake pan. Worked fine, of course, but it made a ton! With the price of lobster, I would cut this in half and it would easily serve 4-6."

Great recipe, but certainly not a light dish. Due to both price and preference, I replace mozzarella for the provolone; cream cheese for mascarpone; and parmesan for pecorino romano.
