This recipe is so easy, yet so rich and delicious! I actually halved the pasta (used only half a pound), but used the full recipe for the sauce. I used four slices of regular Hickory smoked bacon (prefer the flavor over pancetta), and added most of a half pint (maybe 3/4 cup) of heavy cream to the cheese and egg mixture. I eyeballed my cheese and...

This is a tasty recipe. I used chicken thighs instead of breasts since they are more flavorful. I really browned the thighs that I cut into medium sized pieces in an iron skillet on medium-high. I mixed all the ingredients in a small bowl before adding them to the skillet. I used pineapple juice with a tablespoon of vanilla extract (would have us...

This recipe was really tasty! I didn't use the house seasoning blend - just seasoned the meat liberally with kosher salt, pepper, and garlic powder. My pot roast was about 2.5/2.75 pounds, so I cooked it for about 2.5 hours and just turned the oven off until we were ready to eat. I used beef broth (quite a bit) instead of water and beef bouillon....

I was going to bake half the recipe, then decided to half it again... made 8 muffins! The batter was so delicious - hard not to leave some left over to eat! I used frozen blueberries and plain greek yogurt instead of sour cream. These were amazing! This will be my go-to recipe for muffins!!

I would have given this five stars, but that fennel flavor was too much for me. Next time I will definitely leave the fennel out since the licorice flavor invaded the chicken and the vegetables. The chicken was very moist and flavorful with all the other ingredients. I added a bit of leftover pinot grigio to the veggies. Husband really loved it,...

Who knew delicious, restaurant worthy sauce was so easy?! I left out the shallot since my husband doesn't care for them. I added a whole pint of heavy cream, garlic powder, and a bit more cheese. Very delicious! Easy to change up for whatever you're in the mood for.

This recipe is great! I had to tweak it just a tiny bit since I decided to go with a cheaper cut of beef. I used sirloin instead of filet of beef. I used a full carton of beef stock, and 3 cups of chianti. I put the beef in following the vegetables, and cooked it for about 30 minutes (at least). I decided it wasn't cooking like I wanted, so I...
