My Activity

Reviewed Pork Chops With Apples and Garlic Smashed Potatoes

"Seriously, my husband and I thought this dish was AMAZING!!!! I didn't have sage, so I used dried basil, instead. My suggestion on the apples and onions, let them cook as long as you have to and get them nice and brown before adding the cider, let it boil then put pork chops in and cover tight with foil and let it sit for like 15 minutes before ""

Reviewed Pumpkin Bars

"THE BEST THING AT THANKSGIVING THIS YEAR! Thank goodness I was pregnant at Thanksgiving, because if I hadn't been, people would have looked at me funny, i kept grabbing one every few minutes while waiting for dinner to be ready, and even skipped the other desserts to have more! lol These are so amazing, I'm craving one right now!"

Reviewed Parmigiano and Herb Chicken Breast Tenders

"Seriously THE best chicken tenders of all time!! I make a ton of this breading and keep the rest in the freezer and use it for everything: pork tenderloin, pork chops, toppings for stuffed bell peppers...its so delicious! Good job, RR! "

Reviewed Ciabatta Cheese Steaks with the Works

"Made this tonight, along with the squished potatoes. The steak was VERY tender and tasty! We didn't use ciabatta bread, instead we used an italian loaf that we took the middle's out of, which was good. My only negative opinion is the sauce. I think if I ever make this again, I'm leaving the nutmeg out. It definitely makes you say "What is that?" but not in a good way. My husband normally loves provolone, but the nutmeg kinda ruined it. Otherwise, the meal was really good!"
