This was a wonderful fall dinner! I used regular pork sirloin 1lb for two, and then made the sauce with the full recipe. I added cremini mushrooms to the sauce with the apples, and I used a scotch whiskey we had on hand (Tomatin) as we didn't have an calvados, and it was earthy and wonderful!

Excellent lasagna! The pumpkin is very subtle, though it adds great texture to the dish. The hot sausage helped the dish from being overpoweringly rich.
