"quick and easy with good flavor! doubled the sauce, used mozzarella, added garlic and used seasoned breadcrumbs ( i had them on hand). served with roasted potatoes and green beans one night, and with rice and sauteed spinach the next. a big hit with my husband, will make this often, thanks paula!"
