"Saw this recipe on tv today and decided to make meatloaf for dinner. It was delightful and will be made again many times. I only made one alteration- 8 ounces of spicy ground pork ( in addition to the 8 ounces of ground pork the recipe call for instead of veal. Five stars, two thumbs up, very yummy.""
