“I give this recipe 5 stars on taste, 4 for instructions/ease of following recipe. Overall a very tasty and nice take on an original. It's also nice that you can bake the lasagna and make the bolognese sauce while baking to save a little time. I didn't want to make my own tomato sauce, so I used two 28-ounce cans of crushed tomato sauce. I agre"”

“Overall, I would give this recipe 4.5 stars. After reading others' reviews, I used 2.5 onions. My grocery store didn't have turkey thighs, so I used 6 turkey drumsticks (a little over 5 lbs). This is a recipe that needs to be checked throughout cooking. At the very beginning, I added about 1/2 cup of water with everything.
