Reviewed Baked Spaghetti

"Very tasty! I learned a little trick after making it once and having several pans to handwash.
1. Cook the pasta in the stockpot, drain, and put it in the 9 x 13 baking dish, tossing it with a little olive oil and covering it with plastic wrap.
2. Brown the ground beef in the same stock pot, drain the fat and add the ingredients for the tomato sauce in the stock pot with the cooked ground beef and cook THAT, covered, for about an hour.

3. To assemble set aside half of the cooked spaghetti in the stockpot lid (which is already dirty from cooking the sauce for an hour!) and made the recipe as directed. One lidded pot to wash and one baking dish in the fridge with leftovers in it, which cleans up easier after having the spaghetti lightly coated in olive oil in it. LOVE this recipe, LOVE Paula Deen!"
