"Yes, that's a good cookie! A fun spin on a classic - love the coconut, cranberries & rosemary! Great texture too, they plumped up so nicely. I made them a bit healthier by using 1 stick of butter and 1/2 cup of oil. After seeing the video of Hunter helping, my son couldn't wait to get in on making these cookies - thanks, Guy, you rock!"

"Yum-O! My 6-yr-old and I just made these and they are so easy and good! Variations that worked great: added 1/2 tsp salt; greek yogurt instead of sour cream; vanilla soy milk instead of whole milk; used canola oil on the griddle, no problems flipping. The nuked banana trick worked perfectly. Thank you, Rachael Ray for being awesome and for helping"

Reviewed Pot Roast with Vegetables

"Delicious, moist and tender - great comfort food with a gourmet twist! Substituted potatoes for the mushrooms and added beer to the liquid, yep we're Irish. I ended up roasting it in the oven (covered with foil, 325, took 4+ hours) because I made 1 1/2 times the recipe and it was too big for my biggest pot. Delicious and simple Christmas dinner - and great leftovers!
