Delicious! Made this today with leftover sliced porkchop, deli ham and jar pickles. Can't wait to make the pickles from scratch, will definitely make the sandwich again, the whole family loved it!"

Yes, that's a good cookie! A fun spin on a classic - love the coconut, cranberries & rosemary! Great texture too, they plumped up so nicely. I made them a bit healthier by using 1 stick of butter and 1/2 cup of oil. After seeing the video of Hunter helping, my son couldn't wait to get in on making these cookies - thanks, Guy, you rock!"

BEST turkey ever! It was at once traditional and new. Everyone loved it, and I didn't even have the fresh herbs, sorry Bobby, but it was amazing!""

Yum-O! My 6-yr-old and I just made these and they are so easy and good! Variations that worked great: added 1/2 tsp salt; greek yogurt instead of sour cream; vanilla soy milk instead of whole milk; used canola oil on the griddle, no problems flipping. The nuked banana trick worked perfectly. Thank you, Rachael Ray for being awesome and for helping"

Soooooooo good! I never realized you could make granola bars at home, duh, but they are so easy and came out great - the only thing I don't like is that they're not going to last for very long because we're going to eat them all!"

Delicious, moist and tender - great comfort food with a gourmet twist! Substituted potatoes for the mushrooms and added beer to the liquid, yep we're Irish. I ended up roasting it in the oven (covered with foil, 325, took 4+ hours) because I made 1 1/2 times the recipe and it was too big for my biggest pot. Delicious and simple Christmas dinner -...

Awesome!!! Everyone loved the turkey - it was the star of the meal! I followed the online recipe, although I might try rubbing the butter under the skin next time like she did on the show, it might make the turkey a bit moister. I will definitely be making this recipe again. Fantastic!

I am excited to try this recipe at Thanksgiving tomorrow - but my question is: butter on top of skin or under? The recipe says melted and over but on the show she did softened butter under the skin. If the melted on top is just as easy I'd rather not have to peel up turkey skin. Any suggestions?
