My favorite foods are Mexican and Italian. Seafood of any kind. Fresh Local produce....but I love to cook All Kinds and styles of food.
Fav restaurants....usually not chains, but the smaller hole in the wall gems with excellent food and atmosphere.
Fav chefs to watch Anne Burrell, Nigella Lawson, Tiffany Derry, Robert Irvine, Gordon Ramsay, Susan Feniger, Tyler Florence and good ol' Alton Brown (though not a "chef", he knows the scientific nature of food better than almost anyone).
