Reviewed Thai-Style Halibut with Coconut-Curry Broth

"This is spectacular. I've now been eating leftovers for the past two days. I didn't braise the fish, I panfried it crisp and then added it to the broth. I also added some finely shredded mango on top and it brightened it up. Wow."

Reviewed Thai-Style Halibut with Coconut-Curry Broth

"This was very nice. I don't care for braised fish so I panfried it first and put the sauce on it to finish with the spinach. I added cornstarch to thicken it up a bit but I think next time I won't and I will leave it soupy and add scallops, shrimp and mussells to it. Yummy. Reviewed Dad's Meatloaf with Tomato Relish

"My husband said this was awesome. I cooked it in a meatloaf pan with removable bottom, so the grease could drain out. I only aded one cup of the relish as it was REALLY wet and I was apprehensive. Totally delicious. Will be making this weekly. Even fussy teenaged son wolfed it down."

Reviewed Cajun Chicken Alfredo

"I made this last night after reading all the great reviews. I used 1/2 and 1/2 and it didn't really get as thick as I would have liked. My husband and son practically licked the plate, thus the 4 stars, however I would have liked to kick it up with flavour a notch by adding goat cheese. You don't need 1 cup of the cajun spice though, way too much. Next time I would also add the chicken at the very end just to coat it with sauce.
