"I was pleasantly surprised by this one. I made it with the basil and added some lemon zest to the butter. The salt and pepper is key to giving it flavor though since there is not a lot of bold flavors in the recipe. The fish was cooked perfectly and the mushrooms gave it an earthy flavor that I loved. "I was very dissapointed in his one. I will try it again to see if I can do better the next time, but I found it to be a lot of work for not much flavor. I am not sure in what universe the potatoes would cook in 10 min but I could not get them to cook w/o burning. I ended up using chicken stock to help the process along and keep them from scorching. I see other people have had the same problem with the potatoes so I will try their suggestions next time."

"Wonderful, easy dinner! I do not usually like to eat chicken on a bone, but I make an exception for this one. I used dried rosemarry b/c I didn't have any fresh and it turned out just fine without the fresh. The potatoes put this dish over the top! Also, I used chicken thighs instead of breasts and it was delish. My hubby is a very picky eater and he loved this one. We will make it again and again.

"Love,love, LOVE!!! This soup makes me happy when I eat it. I don't want to share the left-overs with my husband if that tells you anything! I served it with tortilla chips instead of the strips of tortillas and it was AMAZING. Perfect amount of heat from the peppers without being overwhelming. This one is getting added to our family's favorites for sure!
