Reviewed Paneer: Homemade Indian Cheese

"Awesome recipe! I've made this twice, and it's come out perfectly each time. Couldn't be any easier to make! I used mine in making a Paneer Tikka Masala... so good! Next time instead of compressing the cheese, I may take Aarti's advice and try eating it soft, with a little honey and walnuts... sounds divine! Edited to add that instead of chee"

Reviewed Breakfast Cookies

"I've made the recipe 3 times. The first time I handled the dough too much, so now I make sure to combine dry and wet ingredients separately, then stir together until just combined. Comes out perfect!

The first 2 times I made the recipe as is. This last time I made some substitutions... Craisins instead of raisins, 2 tbsps of Brown Sugar Splenda instead of the 1/4 c. brown sugar, 3 Dove chocolates chopped into chunks instead of the mini-chocolate chips, and 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree instead of the baby-food carrots. This last batch was awesome!

Reviewed Spinach, Strawberry, and Hearts of Palm Salad

"I made this salad recipe to go along with my family's Sunday dinner tonight, and everyone absolutely LOVED it! The only changes I made were to leave out the hearts of palm, and to put the vinegar/sugar syrup (after cooling) into the blender with the onion, so that the onion would be completely pureed (my daughter wouldn't have touched it otherwise. It was so delicious that my Dad asked for the recipe so he can serve it at a special dinner he has coming up. He said that's the best dressing he's ever eaten!
