"This brisket was VERY good. I did add some chicken stock to the sauce at the end with the 1 tbs vinegar to thin it some.

"I was looking for a recipe to use my new Dutch Oven and found this. What a great recipe! Made this the first time for a dinner party I had for six people. Followed the recipe exactly and it turned out great, everyone loved it.
