I took the advice of the other reviewers and added 1/2 heavy cream and I also added some broccoli florets so it was a one pot meal it was wonderful you might want some crusty bread to sop up the sauce

I used a 2 pound pork loin roast and it was delicious. Not to salty but it was salty and very savory. I did not use the lemon or the fennel seed since I had neither. still it was awesome. I do like salt so that may be why I liked it. I will absolutely make again. Applesauce also is awesome

I cook it on Med/High to get them cooked up fast enough. If you try Medium it will take too long. It takes practice to pop the potatoes with wrecking them but that is all the fun anyway.""
