i doubled the recipe for both filling and meringue and made the crust as described...all tasted wonderful. i DID make little mini pies so we could all have little nibbles and it turned out great that way for the younger kids who only wanted a little. i WILL NEVER buy lemon curd again, this is fabulous and super easy....however, my meringue was not"

i was super excited to try this recipe....perhaps i did something wrong but i wasnt near as impressed with it than other macaroon recipes i have. we really like the taste but they arent as dense as tradtional macaroons nor as sweet....i will try again to see if it was a fluke.....i really want to like them!"

this is a fabulous asparagus recipe! my 5 children scarfed this down and went back for more! they especially liked the sauce which i made in advance earlier in the day and just put in the fridge in a gravy boat. took it out a few minutes before dinner and they poured it over everything!"

everyone in my family loved this recipe...from 2-17 year olds went back for seconds! the only thing i can suggest, or say from my experience is that i definetly needed to add more stock when simmering to get the correct doneness"
