As we all know, We latinos have that special flair, I show my flair and passion in my cuisine, I dont call it food or cooking... I called my art of cooking.  I want to create a combination of all our influeces, the Spaniar, the African, and our Criollo Indio influence that REFLECT the explosion of flavor, color, aroma and all combined by the hand of a proud Latin Chef, I am talking about me. Mi nombre es Jesus most of my friends call me Jesse.  Lets exchange those rich recipes that come from Abuelita, from those amazing corners of all our Latin-american Countries.  From the Andes in the South to the North in the desert small towns of Mexico and those beautiful exotic tropical Island of the Caribe.
