Reviewed Shake n' Shimmy Pork Chops
"Just a note - the amount of salt for the brine is 1/4 CUP, not tsp. I looked up this recipe a couple hours after watching it on t.v. to make it for dinner but knew that they used a measuring cup for the salt. Thank goodness it was on again and it was scheduled to be recorded.
When I watched it they said the correct measurement of 1/4 cup - the pork chops were so tender, juicy and delicious!!
