"This was great. I too didn't have any gravy on hand but if you have bouillon and water or a small can of broth you can fix the gravy problem. I browned the meat in a small amt of olive oil then dusted a few tbs of flour over it, added the broth and it made gravy. I added the veggies I had on hand into that as well. Quick to make and was very good. And I have to agree with fanofvlad, shepherds pie does NOT have to be lamb.
