First time doing this recipe, and it was amazing. The presentation is good, the taste is good and it was moist for a cooked ham. Follow the recipe with exact amounts, but left more minutes for second part, brushing, to reach 130. ( 1 hour). Perfect. I like the ingredients of this sauce. I baked an apple cider turkey and thought that this sauce would march. The combination was excellent. A lot of compliments.
