My Activity

Reviewed Royal Icing

"Used it for my christmas cookies now using for valentines day cooked. Definitely my new go-to recipe for royal icing. Used a little water to loosen up to my desired consistency and used gel coloring to color.

Reviewed White Chocolate Cake with Fresh Raspberries

"Just made and it is soo delicious! I added some vanilla bean paste also. I would probably cut the recipe in half next time because it is a lot of cake. It was a little strange that there was no baking time in the recipe - I would put the cake in and then check it at 40 min then every 3-5 min until done. Mine took around 48 min. Haven't made the frosting yet.

And to the person who didn't know there was cake flour - a good rule of thumb is that if there is something you never heard of in a recipe - google it. It takes 2 min and you will find pictures and discussions. Also cake flour is found at any supermarket - Swan's Down seems to be very popular in every market I've ever been too. And if all else fails I'm sure it will be at walmart. P.S. - post below is hysterical!

Reviewed Wolfgang's Beef Goulash

"Great Goulash, but if you are looking for hungarian goulash - this is not the recipe. Amazing flavors and fairly easy to make. Was a little too soupy so I added some potato starch to thicken it up. Did not make the Spaetzle, I used another recipe.
