"WOW! These cookies are to die for. I saw the BFC episode this morning and had to try them. I too noticed the differences in the show and the written recipe. I followed the recipe exactly as written on the Food Network website with the exception of the butter - I used unsalted because that's all I had. I distinctly remember Kathleen saying to bake the cookies at 375 degrees, but I followed the written recipe and baked them at 350. 13 minutes and they were perfect. They didn't look done, but they do after they cool on a wire rack for a while. So delicious! Made a second batch as well without almonds to take to work.
