Reviewed Crepes

I used 1 tbsp sugar & 2 tiny drops of vanilla knowing I wanted to use these with both sweet & savory fillings. I admit to forgetting the butter in the batter(it sat in the microwave as I flipped away with the crepes). I also used non-fat milk & they came out really delicious anyway - a tiny bit "rubbery" but filled they were delicious & you can't "
