"This pie is amazing! After reading other reviews I decided to use semi sweet chocolate chips instead of chopping the chocolate and reduced the amount of pecans to around 1 cup. I also needed to cook it for an extra 20 mins but it was great! I would definitely make this again.""

"I made my first turkey this year and thanks to Alton, it came out great! I made a 22 pound turkey and cooked it for 3 1/2 hours and it was absolutely perfect. I wasn't able to find candied ginger or allspice berries at my grocery store so I left them out. I will definitely be making this next year! ""
