Tilapia is my "go to" seafood, usually once a week. I have to buy it frozen, thaw and cook, but this is recipe tastes so fresh and healthy, and I usually make extra because 1 filet is never enough. I also love to add a few Panko bread crumbs mixed with a bit of softened butter on top, for a pretty and crispy entree.""
