"I made this ham for Christmas 2010 and I will do it this year for 2011. I rinsed my chipotles well and removed the seeds and minced them. The pepper goes well with the sweetness. I will use mango-orange juice instead of peach nectar. Day-after ham is the best, saving the hambone and drippings for greens on New Year's Eve. Thanks Big Daddy.""
