Reviewed Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

"I followed the recipe but substituted cream for the milk. It looked perfect for the first three hours, but then it separated. It tasted pretty good, but it had oily butter. Next time, I will try substituting evaporated milk which has been boiled and should not separate.""
