Reviewed Scalloped Potatoes and Onions
"Our Easter dinner is over and Emeril's scalloped potatoes and onions were the hit of the meal. It was the first time I tried making them and I will make them again. We all loved them. I will use a little less heavy cream the next time. The potatoes were done but some of thecream wasn't absorbed. All in all, though, they were great. "
