"I am so glad I found this online. I winged it from watching it breifly on the show and picked up the ingredients. Glad I found it and gonna try it tonight with some roast pork. However I am going to also add crumbled boiled eggs to give it more body. Might even throw in some croutons at the very end as well. This has to be a "can't miss" recipe. W""
I get excited about trying out cooking processes, follow a recipe and then adapt it to my own preferences. I want to understand the science of cooking. Simply following a recipe leaves me wondering why it works or doesn't. Once I get a reicipe down or a process down then my creativity kicks in and I will start daydreaming about how to make it my own.
