This recipe is amazing, from the filling, to the sauce, to the fact that it's baked and crispy. I love that it uses rotisserie chicken. I just used the whole chicken and a little extra sour cream, and this made 7 chimichangas. It was just for my husband and me, and we ate all the leftovers in a matter of days!
