Reviewed Baked Blintzes with Fresh Blueberry Sauce

I made these this morning and they were wonderful! As for making ahead of time, I made the batter and the filling last night and then took each container out about 1/2 hour ahead of baking. Then baked it fresh this morning. While it was cooking I made the sauce. A wonderful recipe. I did let it sit and set while I was baking the bacon in the ove"
