Reviewed Ron's Holiday Spice Cookies

Oct 11, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

These cookies were determined to be "really good" by my fiancee, the toughest food critic I know. To me they taste like Fall. Our family of two loves this dish! It is put together quickly, and there are plenty of leftovers for weekday lunches. It's so good that I once found a leftover piece two weeks old and ate it."

My boyfriend and I loved this. He insisted I use ground chicken instead of turkey. The chicken turned out a little dry, but it was still great. It's one of those dishes that tastes even better the second day!"
