The dish was good, but it wasn't as amazing and decadent like other reviews made it sound so I was definitely disappointed. I followed recipe but used crabmeat as fresh lobster tails weren't available at the last minute. For the cost of the ingredients, I definitely expected a lot more. It would have been easier, and probably cheaper, to go to mac & cheese restaurant in Manhattan. To add to the disappointment, I reheated some for lunch today, and the dish turned into a grease pool (an issue other reviewers mentioned)."
