Reviewed Spinach and Mushroom Lasagna Roll-ups with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce

"I made this dish the other week for a quick mid-week dinner and did not like it very much. The lasagna rolls themselves are pretty tasteless and without texture, especially with mushrooms chopped so finely. The cheese sauce on top was completely overpowering and border-line disgusting. It did not taste like mushrooms or spinach, just that sauce."

Reviewed Fish Tacos

"Love the flavors in this recipe! It was easy to make, and great for a quick midweek dinner. I don't like fish tacos with salsa, but had all the other garnishes plus a little bit of sriracha hot sauce on the side. We also grilled the fish in the oven (with grilling feature) because it is just too cold outside!"

Reviewed Spaghetti Bolognese

"This recipe is not quick by any means, but it is delicious. The nutmeg (I grounded from whole) and cinnamon adds a different depth to the flavors. I like veg, so I added extra carrots and also mushrooms to the dish. I made the mistake of making it midweek and was crankily stirring the sauce and waiting for it to reduce! Next time, this is definitely a recipe for the weekend or a day off."

Reviewed Lobster Macaroni and Cheese

"I had such a huge craving for mac & cheese yesterday and decided to make this for dinner. The dish was good, but it wasn't as amazing and decadent like other reviews made it sound so I was definitely disappointed. I followed recipe but used crabmeat as fresh lobster tails weren't available at the last minute. For the cost of the ingredients, I definitely expected a lot more. It would have been easier, and probably cheaper, to go to mac & cheese restaurant in Manhattan. To add to the disappointment, I reheated some for lunch today, and the dish turned into a grease pool (an issue other reviewers mentioned)."
