Reviewed Steak With Blue-Cheese Butter and Celery Salad

This recipe was very tasty and the celery salad was surprisingly good. Would have never thought to put this combination together. Husband is on a low-carb diet, so this worked great for our family. I did however buy thin NY strip steaks (on clearance, ty very much) instead of the blade steaks. I've always thought blade steaks to be very tough. Ins"

For as much work that went into making this recipe, I was disappointed with the results. I agree with another poster, it makes A LOT of onion spread. The flavor of the onion spread was great. The meat is too rare for my family, so I cooked it a bit longer. It was done just right for our taste, but that made it a bit too tough to eat on a sandwich....
