"Easy to follow directions but I read the reviews and complaints about sweetness. The cake isn't very sweet but the frosting off sets that I added a little more cherry extract. the frosting is a little runny but just put it in the middle of cupcake and let it do its thing. I found the cherry extract at walmart (hope that helps.""
