"this recipe is important to balance the salt well. i cut a clove of garlic in half and wiped the serving dishes out with it.i also addet 1/2 c. of dry white wine to the sauce and a dash of cayenne. topped with panko breadcrumbs. i had the original version and it was a b.it too bland for us. "
