Reviewed Roasted Cornish Game Hens

"This dish was perfect and easy to make. The seasoning was perfect...I didn't have to add a thing. I did take one reviewers advice and season the cavity of the hen. I stuffed them with onions and then seasoned the onions (I didn't bother with the green peppers and celery...I was being lazy. When they came out of the oven, it looked like I'd put in alot of work;- eventhough I didn't. It tastes just the way it looks...delicious! I wouldn't change anything else with this recipe.

One thing I would like to add is that this recipe called for 6 hens and I only used 2. I used all of the seasoning on the 2 hens and it was perfect. If you like robust flavor (not salty, but full flavor), you may want to double up on the seasoning if you're cooking 6 hens.
