These are great and decadent. I needed a gluten free cookie recipe that didn't have a lot of complicated and expensive ingredients! I substituted hazelnuts for the walnuts and used a small ice cream scoop to drop the cookies instead of a piping bag, which made it just a bit easier. A great go-to for GF treats!
